Our classes are a great and safe way to get back in the game post injury or surgery.  They are also phenomenal to use as cross training.  Join one of our existing classes or create one of your own!

We offer two types of Movement Therapy Classes: Pilates and Functional Training

 

 

Class Rate: 3 People

5 Sessions – $175 per person

10 Sessions – $300 per person

 

Simi-Private: 2 People

5 Sessions – $325 per person

10 Sessions – $550 per person
