Spaghetti & Meatballs

Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 lb. organic / grass fed lean ground turkey
1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. of oregano
1 egg
1 ( 26 oz ) jar of your favorite tomato pasta sauce
8 oz. 100% whole wheat spaghetti
Directions:
1. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, oregano and egg in a medium mixing bowl; shape into meatballs.
2. In a medium saucepan bring pasta sauce to a boil over medium heat and gently stir in uncooked meatballs.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally. It will take 20 min. or until meatballs are done. Serve over hot spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese if you desire.
